Job description

You will be responsible for driving key marketing and client growth initiatives to help our businesses and brands grow sustainably. The ideal candidate is a passionate team player, capable of working with & managing cross-functional teams, a talented marketer, a digital native, and has a voracious appetite to pick-up new skills.

While you core responsibility would be to focus on the growth of the brands you're managing, you will also need to ensure only work of the highest quality and effectiveness goes out, that is consistent with the quality and reputation for which Altorise is known and famed for. Your passion for building great customer experiences, strong brand alignment, driving valuable connections between people will be pivotal to your success.

Job responsibilities

  • Engage new leads and nurture towards conversion and growth
  • Ensure that all client deliverables are of the highest-caliber and proofed before release
  • Prepare files and concept boards for client review and presentation
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs to prepare a plan which can be presented and pitched to the client's satisfaction
  • Own items and responsibilities and ensure timely deliveries irrespective of challenges
  • Highly motivated and able to boost team morale to out-perform and deliver quality

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising
  • 2+ years' of marketing or key account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
